  • Lemon (squeeze juice from an actual lemon)- This is the simplest detox water. It promotes hydration, supports weight loss, improves skin quality, good source of vitamin C, and aids in digestion
  • Cucumber, Lemon, and Mint- This is one of the healthiest detox water recipes to get gorgeous skin. Cucumber hydrates your body naturally and flushes out all the harmful toxins from your system; while mint boosts your digestive system and adds a cooling flavor.
  • Apple and Cinnamon- This combination not only helps to free your system from the harmful chemicals in your blood but also fights several diseases and strengthens your immune system.
  • Strawberry and Basil- Strawberries help the body produce a hormone that tells the body to burn more fat; this acts as a boost to your metabolism. Also, add in a little  basil for flavor and to help suppress your appetite.
